McGreevy Properties was founded by Hudson Bell McGreevy, a licensed Texas broker with nearly a decade of real estate and property management experience. But Hudson’s story in operations management started long before real estate.

As the oldest of five siblings and the only girl, Hudson developed a natural instinct for organization, accountability, and keeping things running smoothly. She channeled that into building and running Babysitting Austin from 2015 to 2019, managing 20 babysitters and serving 400 families across the Austin area. That experience shaped the way McGreevy Properties operates today: attentive, accountable, and people first.

Hudson entered the Austin real estate market in 2016, spending five formative years learning property management from two of the best in the business: Steve Crossland of the Crossland Team and Jim Wilson of Crosstown Properties. Those years gave her a deep foundation in what excellent property management actually looks like from the inside.

Drawn to the full picture of real estate, Hudson spent two years as a sales counselor in a luxury builder’s model home, an experience that uniquely positioned her to help investors navigate the purchase of brand new construction rental properties, a growing segment of the New Braunfels market.

Now she’s back to doing what she loves. McGreevy Properties was established in 2023 as a boutique property management brokerage rooted in New Braunfels; intentionally small, broker-owner led, and built on the belief that your investment deserves real attention from someone who genuinely cares about its performance.

Hudson lives in New Braunfels with her husband, two kids, and their goldendoodle Benson. She holds active membership in both ABOR and Four Rivers Association of Realtors, and stays connected to the broader real estate community through Platinum Top 50 in both Austin and San Antonio.
